About Tracy Johnson

My journey into health and wellness began through my own personal experiences with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME), which ultimately led me to explore a more holistic and integrative understanding of health, wellbeing, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

That journey sparked a deep passion for learning, practitioner development, and professional education — something that continues to shape the way I support both clients and students today.

A Global Perspective & Human Connection

Having spent part of my childhood living in Singapore and attending the United World College (UWC), I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by many different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.

This gave me a deep appreciation for communication, human connection, and understanding people from all backgrounds — something that continues to influence both my client work and the way I mentor and teach students today.

Creating a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment remains an important part of my approach to both practitioner development and client care.

A Passion for Education & Professional Development

Over the years, my commitment to ongoing learning and professional development has allowed me to grow both clinically and educationally within the wellness industry.

I hold Level 3 teaching qualifications and continue to develop practitioner education through mentoring, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, and clinical education.

I have personally written CPD courses in:

  • Understanding the Vagus Nerve
  • Castor Oil Practitioner Use

I also present and deliver advanced practitioner training including:

  • Gillian Edwards Herbal Infusion Training
  • Coffee Enema Training
  • Laxatives & Colonic Massage
  • 1-1 CPD Practitioner Days
  • Refresher & Continued Professional Development Training

My approach to education combines clinical professionalism with supportive mentorship, helping students build confidence, practical understanding, and safe practitioner awareness throughout their development.

Clinical Experience & Industry Progression

My passion for continued growth and education has allowed me to progress through many stages within the industry — from practitioner, to educator, to becoming a RICTAT Board Member and recognised Colon Hydrotherapy Trainer.

I have also had the privilege of working alongside the highly respected Dr Kitty Campion through the Master Herbalists Restart Retreats, where I further developed my understanding of:

  • Juicing & cleansing protocols
  • Liver cleansing support
  • Retreat-based wellness education
  • Holistic digestive health
  • Integrative wellness approaches

Alongside Colon Hydrotherapy training, my background also includes advanced study across holistic wellness, massage therapy, beauty therapy, and practitioner development.

I am qualified in Level 4 Beauty Therapy, IHHT Massage Therapy, and have also studied Reiki and a variety of complementary wellness modalities over the years.

This wider background has helped shape a more integrative understanding of client care, nervous system awareness, wellbeing, and practitioner support.

My Approach to Training

I believe excellent practitioners are developed through more than practical skills alone.

Confidence, communication, professionalism, nervous system awareness, compassionate client care, and safe clinical practice are all equally important parts of practitioner development.

My goal is to help students feel:

  • Professionally supported
  • Calm and confident
  • Safe working with clients
  • Clinically prepared
  • Encouraged throughout the learning process

Training is delivered in a supportive small-group environment where students are guided step-by-step through both theoretical and practical development.

Beyond Qualification

For me, training is not simply about helping students gain a certificate.

It is about helping future practitioners develop confidence, professional standards, real clinical understanding, and a strong foundation for long-term practice within a modern wellness environment.

Ongoing mentorship and continued professional support remain an important part of the journey long after qualification has been completed.
